“One Sapling, One Human” project
With the motto of "One Sapling, One Human" to support sustainable development and being aware that our natural resources are getting depleted, for each of our new employees who start their jobs at TEKNOPAR, we donate a sapling to the TEMA Foundation.
Efficiency and Productivity
We work in the fields of renewable energy infrastructures and energy efficiency with our R&D and P&D projects. We contribute to innovation-based production efficiency studies for zero waste, zero error and zero downtime in the industry.
University-Industry Cooperation
We evaluate young talents with high development potential within the scope of our long-term internship program and help engineer candidate young talents to prepare for business life by taking part in TEKNOPAR's activities.
In this context, we offer opportunities for students to spend their long-term internships efficiently with the Joint Training and On-the-Job Training practices we carry out with universities.
In addition, we contribute to the studies of university students who carry out graduation projects on subjects parallel to our field of study.
We provide scholarships to university students who want to work within the scope of projects carried out by TÜBİTAK. At the same time, we provide mentorship support to many university students from different universities by our employees who are experts in their fields.
We participate in voluntary education activities by collaborating with TEGV (Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation), which includes thousands of primary school children, with our employees who have both teaching and research experience in different academic platforms.
TEKNOPAR Academy
On the MEDIUM platform, TEKNOPAR shares our 25 years of experience in the sector and the technologies we use in more than 500 projects that we have successfully completed.
On this platform, we share the real-life works we have done with our interns and the experiences they have gained during their internship.
We share our knowledge gained through advanced R&D expertise with the academic and industrial world through academic publications, books, patents and utility models.

We congratulate Bilkent University students Aras Fırat ÜNAL, Batu Arda DÜZGÜN, Mehmet Ufuk ÖZDEMİR Şahan Yoruç SELÇUK and Tolga VESKE, who were awarded the Bilkent University 2022 "Sustainability and Equality Award" with the “Tangible Social Concerns in a Digitalized World: A Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) Case Study on Digital Transformation Technologies at TEKNOPAR” project supported by TEKNOPAR, for their devoted and successful work.
